Outstanding customer service. Machines delivered are very clean. The website is easy to use. The delivery man was right on time. A few dollars more than appliance warehouse but worth every penny. Let me just start by saying that quality products and customer service will make or break your business. I believe pretty much everyone can agree with that statement. I have worked in the customer service industry for well over a decade, and like most people, have also dealt with doing business with companies and experienced their customer service. Quack Rentals is heads and shoulders above many of the companies that I have worked with and for in the past, regardless of the product and/or service they provided. Reliable products. Kind, knowledgeable and responsive customer service. Let's be honest that's all people really want from a company. If you are on the fence about whether you want to patronize them, let this review be the nudge in the right direction. Thank you Amanda, Dan and there's a one other guy that came out for a delivery, fairly new to the company, but I forgot his name and I feel like s*** about it, you all are AMAZING!

I used Quack for a little over a year for my apartment rental. They were so easy to work with. Everything was very straight forward. The washer and dryer worked great and never had any issues. Good price, good appliances, and great service!

I am single in a 715 square foot apartment and used Quack rentals for my washer and dryer for 2 years. Their service is extraordinary and staff is friendly. Amanda (the main person I talked too) got back to me usually within an hour, and always within 4 hours. They are up front and honest with what they can provide. In two years I replaced my dryer once, and the replacement was quick and painless. The only reason I stopped renting is I am moving and the place I am going to already has a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this company if you are planning on renting a washer and dryer.

Quack (washer/dryer) rental is far better than Arrons, premier, and rent a center. Staff is friendly and quick to answer questions and fix any issue than may arise. Richard(delivery person) is super friendly and very attentive to customers needs and concerns. Thank you Richard for your help.

We searched for washer dryer rental companies online, and landed on Quack rentals about a month ago. We decided to go with them, and they have been nothing short of amazing! The customer service is the absolute BEST. Richard is the guy who did our initial installation and about a month later, we moved to a house and he came by on moving day and seamlessly took the washer and dryer to our new house, free of charge. Not only did he transfer and install the washer and dryer in the new house, but as we got to the new house we found out the water hadn’t been turned on and the SAWS company wasn’t able to turn it on until later that day...but Richard knew how to turn the water on and helped us out so so much by doing that for us! I can’t say enough for how great this company is...if you need to rent a washer or dryer, these are the people to go with!

I recently started using Quack and I couldn't be more impressed. I have had great customer service with scheduling the delivery and set up. I had a minor problem with a washer they sent out and Dan the owner was back within hours to replace it. I highly recommend this company. It is affordable and they treat their customers very well.

Dan was amazing! He was super thorough with explaining what he was doing and why. He was super fast considering I live on a 3rd floor apartment and the laundry room is an extremely awkward placement. Washer and dryer are clean which made this experience a lot better considering last time I rented from another company it was dirty.

These guys are awesome! Good working units for a fair price, but I’m mostly impressed by customer service. They would always reach out by text if there were billing issues and gave a lot of flexibility when it comes to several things. Can’t recommend enough, if my new place didn’t already have a washer/dryer I’d definitely get quack rental’s units again. A++!

I can't recommend Amanda and her team enough! I ordered a washer dryer set but it was going to be a week or so out. I explained to Amanda that due to my kids medical issues, a week was a long time that made things much harder on us. Within 24 hrs, she was able to get a set delivered to us. Working with a local company that actually CARES about the people in the community makes a HUGE difference. Invest your money in a company that actually gives back!

I did not end up using their service because my gf bought a washer and dryer last minute. Prior to her buying the appliances I had set up service and delivery with Quack rentals. When my gf informed me about her purchase I literally had to cancel with Quack last minute, but let me say that Amanda was extremely attentive and helpful throughout this whole process. Customer service is exceptional here and if I had not bought my own appliances I would have definitely done business with them.

I did business with Quack Rentals for 4+ years! I had been looking for a washer and dryer when I was pregnant so I didn't have to waddle to my apartment's laundromat in the summer. The drop off was seamless, I got a text and they came out the next day. All the drivers I came in contact with were friendly and treated my home with respect. They have given me the best experience with a company. Communication with Bonnie and Amanda was always so fast and I appreciated being able to talk to them directly and not having to fight or wait for a response. I only had to send back my units because I purchased a new home with a set provided.

Quackrentals scheduled my delivery super fast! Even came earlier than was expected. So instead of waiting all day for someone to show up, they called and said they could come EARLY. Mustavo was so nice and helpful. He did everything to help me get my washer and dryer in place. He showed me they worked and talked to me about how to maintain good use of them. An easy and Great process, one of the best communication, I experienced. Per my appointment, Mustafa was quite punctual, and very professional. Gave me a quick tutorial on how to use, should me there was no leaks and any problems with both washer and dryer. Not to mention how he brought both washer and dryers to the second floor of my town home by his self without any problems was quite amazing.. Thank you guys!

QR truly stands by there appliances. The customer service is top notch. Literally I called for a service call and was scheduled immediately. Eric showed up asked questions to determine the problem. Absolutely great service! When I called in the lady on the line was very professional and helpful in helping me decided if a rental was right for me. I am planning on purchasing a set in a few months, so for the cost and service of Quack it made sense to rent for a few months. I had Eric help me out. He called me 45 min before to let me know he was on the way, came by at the time he said, got things hooked up and tested and 30 min later we were good! He also went out of his way to give me some tips and suggestions as well as some options for parts I would need in the future. You rock man!

Anthony was an awesome installation tech! His customer service and performance was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable at what he does. We have been using Quack Rentals for a few months now and every time we have an issue they are very quick to come out and fix it and are always very nice and respectful. Anthony came out today and assisted us with our dryer and he was able to find out the reason we have been having so many issues with our dryer is because the electrical outlet in our garage is not set as high as it’s supposed to be so our dryer can’t heat up fully. So now we know how to get it fixed. That’s just amazing customer service and really going above and beyond for his customer. Definitely would recommend using Quack Rentals!

First time using the service for renting a washer and dryer and I'm happy with the service. Starting with Amanda in customer service and the delivery guys, I want to mention that I had a little situation with the washer and dryer and I contacted Amanda and she scheduled me right away to get a service the next day. Today, Anthony came to check the washer and dryer and he replaced it, he was very professional, polite and nice. He provided an excellent service, he verified that everything was working well before he left. I would recommend again.
