Washer & Dryer Pricing

No, this is a rental program and does not lead to ownership. You rent the machines month to month, with a three month minimum. After that, simply schedule a free pickup when you no longer need them.

Three month minimum. Continue month to month afterward.
Automatic monthly payments. Your monthly bill is due on the same day of the month as your delivery. For example, if your machines are delivered on the 3rd, your next bill is due on the 3rd of the following month and on the 3rd of every month after that.
Rental only. The machines remain Quack Rentals’ property.
Renters or homeowners insurance required. Maintain coverage to help protect against property damage, such as damage from a washer leak or fire. Coverage depends on your policy, so check with your insurance provider to confirm what is covered.
Monthly billing. Rent is billed for the full monthly period. If you return your machines before that period ends, unused days are not refunded.

We typically provide service within one to two business days of receiving a maintenance request. If we cannot resolve the issue during your maintenance appointment, we will replace your washer or dryer that same day at no additional cost to minimize disruption.

Our standard machines are white washers and dryers that sit side by side. Washers feature an agitator and typically offer about 3.5 cubic feet of space.

Our machines are refurbished and cleaned before delivery. They may have small imperfections, such as scratches or minor dents from being moved around.

Want to see what to expect? Many of our customers have shared photos of their machines in our Google reviews. You can also see an example below!

Machines are assigned based on availability on your delivery day, so you cannot select a specific brand or model. If you have a narrow laundry area or other space constraints, please let us know before scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but suitable models, including compact machines, are subject to availability.
