Here’s what to expect now that you’ve filled out a delivery request.
Currently, same-day or next-day delivery isn’t always possible. We hope to fulfill the date and time you’ve requested (or soonest available). You will receive communication from one of our schedulers to confirm a day and time with you, based on our soonest available.
Your credit or debit card will be charged up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. At that time, you will be charged your first month’s rent + any applicable delivery fees. Please visit the pricing tab on our website if you’d like to view the delivery fee for your zip code.
You will be asked to confirm the CVV security code for the card you provided.
