Thank you for choosing Quack Rentals! We have received your delivery request and are working hard to contact you as soon as we can to proceed with your delivery.
Here’s how it works:
We get busy during certain times of the month, so same-day or next-day delivery isn’t always possible. Even though you’ve requested a specific day and time, please wait for us to call you and confirm the opening. If it is not open, we will get you in the earliest spot available!
Your credit or debit card will NOT be charged until the morning of your delivery day. If you need to cancel for any reason, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so that your card does not get charged.
Please remember – if you live in an apartment unit, make sure that you have included your apartment number. This is a commonly made mistake! We cannot make a delivery without a unit number. Simply email me at email@example.com and let me know what the unit number is, if you forgot to add it on your form.
